Tania Griffin MSC, PHD

Tania has always had an interest in sport and nutrition, and as a rowing coach and keen road cyclist she often puts her knowledge into practice work with a wide range of athletes from beginner to performance. Tania has been involved in rowing for 12 years, 6 of which have been in a coaching capacity and currently heads up the performance rowing programme at the University of Birmingham. Tania has attained an MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition from St. Mary’s University and has a real passion for improving athlete performance through improved nutrition and lifestyle. Most recently Tania has been advising an athlete who achieved Silver at the British University Championships and when not wrapped up warm coaching on the River Severn, enjoys road cycling, runners, strength and conditioning as well as sports photography.
